Catalogue of reporting guidelines published

The European Journal of Clinical Investigation published 'A catalogue of reporting guidelines for health research' (1). The paper contains all the reporting guidelines included in the EQUATOR Library for Health Research reporting.
Since the submission of the paper, six additional guidelines have been identified. The EQUATOR website provides a link to the catalogue paper (open access) and a supplement with the additional guidelines (2).
We will periodically update the reporting guideline catalogue as we believe this paper can be a very useful reference tool for editors, peer reviewers, researchers and educators.
