Canadian EQUATOR Centre 2-day PUBLICATION SCHOOL workshop
The principles of publication science
Toronto, Canada, 5-6 October 2017
The EQUATOR Network’s flagship Publication School, developed by the UK EQUATOR Centre at the University of Oxford, is now in Canada! Join the Canadian EQUATOR Centre in Toronto, Ontario on this CME-accredited course for biomedical researchers of all career stages and subspecialties.
Researchers and physicians often go on to become authors, peer reviewers, or scientific editors. The literature suggests they are often unprepared for these roles. This course will introduce you to the principles of publication science. You’ll learn about the factors that can influence and affect the integrity of the scientific record, and about strategies and resources to deal with them.
Course tutors include: reporting guideline developers, Andrea Tricco, An-Wen Chan, Martin Offringa, and David Moher
