The research project can start in October 2020, January 2021 or April 2021.

The director of CSM and the UK EQUATOR Centre, Gary Collins, said he is open to any project ideas: “Our current work includes prediction modelling, machine learning, and reporting quality, but candidates should feel free to go beyond that!” The student will be supervised by a member of the UK EQUATOR Centre Team.

The position is open to those eligible for UK student fees. Applicants should contact Gary Collins to discuss ideas by 14 of August 2020. The formal application deadline is 21 August 2020, noon BST.
